FAQ

Q1   Can the HDMI port support 4k at 60hz?

 A    This adapter supports 4K @ 30Hz or 1080p @60Hz and it does not support 4K @ 60Hz. Thanks.

Q2  Does the usb c hub come with a usb C type charger?

 A    No. USB C Hub doesn't come with a usb c charger. The usb c hub comes with a travel pouch and User Manual. Any questions, feel free to contact us. 

Q3 Can this hub extend (not mirror) displays to 2 external displays using both vga and hdmi?

 A   Yes, the usb c hub supports VGA and HDMI simultaneous output, but the maximum resolution supported for simultaneous use is 1080P. We are working on this issue. 

Q4 Will this usb c hub work with a Huawei P20 Pro?

A  Yes. 9 in 1 USB C Hub supports any new phone which has a type C port, such as XiaoMi5, 5s, 5s plus, note2, Huawei mate9, mate10, p9, but the usb c hub don't support some phone without type c port or supportting Power Delivery type c phone.
